Dramatically Boost Your Article Writing Productivity
You can dramatically boost your writing productivity using just a few well-defined techniques. To write sixty articles in one month you need only to produce two articles per day. By writing list articles using a list article template, you can quite easily do from two to four articles per hour. So writing sixty articles in a month should be an absolute snap following these simple steps.
Here are the seven steps to write a list article
o Brainstorm Article Working Titles
Use a mind map or a sheet of paper to write down working titles for articles. You can think of article titles for different genres or multiple aspects of the same genre or niche.
o Use a List Article Template
If you paste a list article template onto a blank page in word, you can open up any number of files with one template pasted onto each page to start each article. Put the article title into the template and save the page.
o Write in Bullet Point Items
If you’ve brainstormed twenty, thirty or more articles, you should have that many open pages. Each page with a list article template pasted into it. Each page has its own working title which is the title of your proposed article. Now write in the seven bullet points or items you will mention in the article. There should be at least three but not more than nine bullet points in an article.
o Add Information Sentences to Each Point
Continue to fill in your list article template outline by adding from three to five sentences to each bullet point of an article. You can use statistics, quotes, personal observations and opinions to add to each of the bullet points.
o Write an Introduction
If you haven’t already written your article introduction, do it now. There should be at least three but not more than five sentences in your article introduction paragraph. You’ll only need a total of about 400 words in your article.
o Write a Conclusion or Summary
When you’ve fleshed out your list article template outline you can then write a summary or conclusion to your article. This is easier if the introduction is also already written. You don’t need more than three to five sentences for your conclusion or summary paragraph.
o Paste in Resource Box
Paste in your hyper-text-linked resource box which includes a “call to action” for your readers. Have your top half a dozen article keywords ready too. At this point, voila! You are finished.
In Fifteen Minutes
With just a little practice you can write a list article using a list article template in fifteen or twenty minutes. Soon though, you’ll be able to do it in much less time. So, producing three to four articles per hour will not be a problem for you. Finally, if you need to, try to come up with a better, key word enriched title for SEO optimization.
